Our Services:

The principals within PROVision all have long-term management consulting careers with larger firms and as independents. During this time, they have completed a broad range of types of projects for major clients across many industry sectors. The following is a sampling of some of our core service areas:

Program and Project Management
  • We are frequently called upon to assist clients with large-scale project and program management. Our team includes highly experienced, certified project managers who have assisted clients to establish and operate Program Management Offices to deliver multi-million dollar projects.
Business Process Improvement
  • We have assisted clients to redefine their underlying business processes and thereby greatly increase their efficiency and effectiveness. The most tangible examples of our success have come from the supply chain arena, where we have directly contributed to the capture of millions of dollars of bottom line savings through implementation of strategic sourcing and other leading practices.
Technology Selection and Implementation
  • We have assisted numerous clients to articulate business requirements for their technology investments, assess vendor offerings, negotiate with purchase and support agreements, and ultimately implement the systems. We have assisted clients with e-commerce, back office, ERP, industry-specific tools and RFID selection and implementation projects.
Interim Management
  • Our team members are occasionally called upon by our clients to act as interim managers in key roles from the President of a start-up company through to line positions.
Organizational Governance and Risk Management
  • We have developed, implemented and conducted formal reviews of systems to manage business risks faced by our clients. At times, these management systems have been codified (for example, ISO 9001 quality management systems, ISO 14001 environmental management systems, AS/NZS 4360 risk management system, or COSO/SOX). We have also developed industry best practices against which organizational systems, structures and processes have been compared.
  • We have helped boards of not-for-profit organizations to embrace the latest thinking in organizational governance to achieve improved effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of their operations.
