Quality Assurance:

We are committed to complying at a minimum with our clients' requirements as documented in Quality Plans established at the start of each engagement. The Quality Plan typically contains the following elements:

Quality Objectives: We work with our clients to clearly articulate requirements, including expected client outcomes, project timelines and budgets and to establish a set of metrics to be used to measure the ultimate success of the engagement. These objectives are used by the project team as "true north" to ensure that all work directly contributes to a deliverable that supports the project objectives.

Process Control: We document the process, methodology, tools and techniques to be employed to meet client and other requirements and achieve the expected outcomes for each phase of the project.

Team Member Selection: PROVision is carefully selects team members with the specific skills and experience required for the engagement. Where possible, PROVision works exclusively with Certified Management Consultants, who are required by their affiliation to adhere to a Code of Ethics.

Project Risk Management: We work with the client to document the known risks to project success and establish mitigation strategies.

Project Monitoring and Control: We establish project monitoring and reporting processes, including status reporting against schedule/milestones and budget, and any issues presenting risk to project success. We produce project status reports according to client preference and project requirements. PROVision attempts to resolve problems within the project team wherever possible, in order to reduce cycle time and costs. We use a well-tested process of issue management to bring issues to the project team's attention and to escalate issues as required.

Quality Review of Deliverables: We establish the quality specifications for key deliverables and the process and authority for quality review in consultation with our clients. All deliverables are reviewed by the Engagement Manager to assure conformance with specifications before delivery to the client for final approval. Any quality deficiencies will be immediately addressed by PROVision and subjected to a second quality review.

Project Quality Reviews: We conduct periodic Quality Assurance Project Reviews with the client to ensure that the project is on-track in terms of the stated objectives and success measures. These reviews are conducted in a manner that promotes open dialogue, critical analysis and collaborative risk mitigation action plans. A successful review is one with independent and objective opinions that can further promote the success of projects. Project reviews are focused on the project as a whole, but can also be applied to significant sub-projects if the need arises.
